At The Skin Secret (Pty) Ltd, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products. Please review our policy below:

Refunds
No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except where required by law.
Courier/shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

All exchange requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
The customer is responsible for all courier fees associated with returning the product.

Important Notes

Refunds and exchanges apply only to the product value (excluding courier fees).
No refunds or exchanges will be granted due to personal dislike of taste or flavour. Please note that flavours can vary slightly on different batches due to natural ingredients composition.
